I'm struggling to make sales. That's the reality of the situation I'm in. Let me just tell you a bit about me.
I'm Oscar, I'm 13, I have coeliac disease. I'm gluten and dairy free, since I was born. I was diagnosed and I thought there was a lack of gluten and dairy free food for people to eat. So I started my own bakery two years ago. It's called the Wee Kerr Bakery because my surname is Kerr.
Ever since starting I've been doing small pop-ups. I'm struggling to grow to people I don't know, because most of the people are just people I know in my family. I'm struggling with social media. Obviously there's a lot with school activities, and the bakery takes a lot, so I don't get as much time as I want to.
So yeah, I hope this goes viral, because then I can get more sales and hopefully grow my business to be worldwide. And then all the gluten and dairy free people, by choice or by diagnosis, can enjoy my bakes.
They'll always be homemade and good ingredients. Never artificial ingredients.
